To ensure efficient service, we recommend removing any objects from windowsills and providing clear access to windows by moving furniture or decor that might block access. For exterior windows, trimming back any obstructing branches or bushes is helpful, though our team can work around most obstacles.

We remove, clean, and replace all screens as part of our service. Screens are gently brushed and washed to remove dust, pollen, and debris without damaging the mesh. If we notice any damaged screens, we'll inform you, though screen repair is a separate service we can discuss.
